Who can apply?
- Individuals aged 18+
- New manufacturing/service units
Loan Amount:
- Manufacturing: up to ₹50 lakh
- Service: up to ₹20 lakh

- KVIC / KVIB / DIC offices
Documents Needed:
- Aadhaar, PAN, photo
- Educational qualification certificate (minimum VIII pass for projects above ₹10 lakh in manufacturing and ₹5 lakh in service)
- Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/minority if applicable)
- Rural certificate (for rural projects)
- Detailed project report with cost estimates
- Bank account details
- Udyam Registration
- Quotation of machinery/raw materials
- Credit history (CIBIL)
- NOC/approval from Pollution Control Board, local authority (if applicable)
- Affidavit of not having availed subsidy under PMEGP/REGP/other schemes
Eligibility Notes:
- Only new units are eligible (existing units not covered)
- Beneficiary contribution: 5–10% of project cost depending on category
- Subsidy up to 35% linked to category (general, SC/ST, women, Rural/urban etc.)
