- Street vendors identified by ULB/municipality
- Must have vendor certificate/ID or Letter of Recommendation (LoR)
Loan Amount:
- Phase I: ₹15,000
- Phase II: ₹25,000
- Phase III: ₹50,000

- Municipal Office / ULB
- Nearby Bank Branch
Documents Needed:
- Aadhaar, PAN, photo
- Vendor ID/LoR from ULB/TVC
- Bank account details & passbook copy
- Mobile number linked with Aadhaar
- Proof of vending location (if asked by ULB)
Eligibility Notes:
- Must be engaged in vending before March 2020 (COVID reference)
- Timely repayment makes vendor eligible for next phase loan
